E&A was placed into Members Voluntary Liquidation – a solvent liquidation – on 1 October 2024.  However, the Closure Scheme remains open pending a potential tax recovery which, if recovered, would allow the Scheme Administrators to make a small top-up payment to Scheme Creditors.
